Setting up a direct debit
Setting up a direct debit can help to take the stress out of paying your rent. A direct debit means that your bank will automatically send a rent payment to Midland Heart without you having to do a thing.
To set up a direct debit you need to give instructions on how much you want to pay, how often and on what date of the month. Once you've given this instruction the bank, or building society, will automatically pay Midland Heart. If you decide at any time that you no longer want to use a direct debit to pay your rent then you can cancel the agreement by contacting your bank or building society.
If your rent or your service charges go up the direct debit will automatically increase to prevent you from getting into arrears. You will always be told about this in writing in advance of any changes.
If you think a direct debit might be for you, you can fill out our easy online form and we will set up the direct debit for you.
