The survey
The Tenant Communication survey takes just 10 minutes to complete and is open to all tenants – whether you prefer digital options such as emails and apps, or non-digital options such as phone calls and letters. Your feedback will help us to improve how we share important updates, handle queries, and deliver services that meet your needs.
We also want to make sure our communication is inclusive and accessible. By sharing your views, you can help us understand any adjustments we need to make so that everyone can access our services.
The survey closes on Wednesday, 10 December 2025. We’ll review your responses and use the feedback to make meaningful improvements to our communication channels. We’ll also share a summary so you can see how your input is shaping the way we communicate.
