Annual Reports Our Tenants 23/12/2025

Tenant EDI Report Cover

It’s really important that we know who our tenants are to make sure our services are tailored to your diverse needs, and that we’re working in the way you need us to. This is why we’ve published our second Tenant Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) report, which highlights our commitment to EDI and the steps we’ve taken to create a fairer, more inclusive experience for you.

What’s in the report?

We’ve highlighted the data that we’ve already got, where we need to bridge the gaps, and the work we're doing to make sure this information leads to meaningful changes across our services. Our priorities for the next year will build on the work we have done so far and continue to increase accessibility across our services

What’s happened since the last report was published?

Since we published our first Tenant Equality, Diversity and Inclusion report last year, we have:

  • improved our tenant data further
  • launched our first tenant census
  • launched our vulnerability e-learning programme and included tenant vulnerability awareness in our Corporate Induction programme
  • completed two in-depth service reviews focused on complaints and our tenants’ communication needs, ensuring that all tenants have equal access to the services they need regardless of their demographic, location, tenure and background.
