Key highlights:
- Gaining 97% TPAS accreditation – We’ve been awarded an accreditation in Tenant Engagement by TPAS and scored a staggering 97% in our assessment! Our accreditation in Tenant Engagement means that TPAS have thoroughly assessed how we engage and involve our tenants and found that we’re doing enough to meet their standards. Read more about it on page 30 in the report.
- Improving the diversity and demographics of the tenants involved – Over the last year we’ve seen some younger tenants getting involved, which helps to break the stereotype of who can get involved. But we know there’s more work to do. Read more about it on pages 22-23 in the report.
- Addressing the performance of our contractors – Our My Ideas Involved Tenant group identified the need to improve the service provided by our contractors. They told us they wanted to speak to contractors directly, share their concerns, and work together to shape a better service. This led to us launching Contractors: Putting our Tenants at Heart, bringing together nine of our contractors and a group of tenants. Contractors heard first-hand about tenants’ experiences and outlined the changes they’ll make to improvement their services. Read more about it on page 14 of the report.
- Launching our Neighbourhood Contribution Group – The Group brings together tenants and our Neighbourhood Services team to discuss the matters that are important to you, such as ASB, hate crime, parking, rangers’ service and communal services. Read more about it on pages 18-19 in the report.
