From homeowner visits to staircasing support, here’s a quick roundup of how we’ve recently been supporting you to live happily in your home.
Site visits – Toll Gate Close
Come rain or shine, our Homeownership Officers will be out on site, making the most of the lovely weather to carry out site inspections and meet some of you. Homeowner visits
Along with being onsite to inspect communal areas, our Homeownership Officers have been meeting some of you in your homes to help with queries about home improvements, buying more shares in your home, and lease extensions.
As part of these visits, we have:
- Helped our leasehold residents to start considering their options to sell or downsize their home.
- Made sure residents are getting the support they need, such as putting a leasehold resident in touch with a local charity to support with hoarding habits.
- Supported residents with boundary disputes.

Staircasing support
We’re here to support you on your journey to home ownership. Since launching our partnership with Stairpay, we’ve seen an increase in the number of enquiries around staircasing, so we’ve set up a dedicated webpage with lots of helpful information and guidance.
Selling your home
Spring through to the summer tends to be a very busy period for our Resales team. While we’d usually get back to you within five working days, it might take us a little longer to respond during this time.
