Getting involved

Our Customer Scrutiny Team works with you to help to shape and improve the services we provide to you. By getting involved with us you can help to give us a fresh perspective of how things are working and work with us to make improvements to the services you receive.

There are a number of different ways that you can get involved with us depending on your interests and the time you would like to give.

This way to get involved 👇

  • Place Champion

You would be our ‘eyes and ears’ on the ground, giving us regular feedback on the area you live. This would include giving us feedback on the quality of our environmental services, letting us know about any communal repairs and reporting any anti-social behaviour (ASB) to us.  We give our Place Champions regular feedback on what has happened with the feedback you give us.

  • Surveys and consultations

Give us your feedback and tell us has and hasn’t worked well in a specific area so we can improve your services. Through consultations you can also get involved in giving us your views on upcoming changes to policies. You can complete these activities from the comfort of your own home in a number of ways, including through the post, online or over the phone.

Time involved – 5-10 mins per survey as required

If you would like to get involved in any of the activities listed please complete our expression of interest form.

Once we have received your form, we will be in touch with you.

You can also contact us using any of the methods below. We will be more than happy to help you find a way to get involved that suits you, or to answer any questions you may have:
