What is a sign-up pack?

You should have received your sign-up pack shortly before you were given the keys to your new home. Your sign-up pack contains lot of useful information about what you can expect from us, what we expect from you and the best ways to keep safe and look after your home.

It's really important that you read your sign-up pack and tenancy agreement so that you understand your rights and both yours and our responsibilities. You can find out more about your tenancy agreement here.

Which sign-up pack do I need?

We have a different sign-up packs for each type of tenancy:

• If you have moved into a home without support or staff, you'll need the General Needs sign-up pack
• If your home was newly built when you moved in, you'll need the New Build sign-up pack
• If you have moved into a Retirement Living Scheme or Village, you'll need the Retirement Living sign-up pack
• If you have moved into a Mutuals Scheme, you'll need the Mutuals sign-up pack
• If you have moved into a Mutuals LSE Scheme, you'll need the LSE sign-up pack
