We know how important tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) is to you and the impact it can have on you and your local area if it’s not managed properly. Working in close partnership with local authorities and the police who often have more powers to act is one way we demonstrate how we are keeping you at heart. To further show our commitment to tackling this problem, we have signed up to the ASB Help Pledge introduced by ASB Help.
Who is ASB Help?
ASB Help is a registered charity in England and Wales set up to provide advice and support to victims of anti-social behaviour.
What is the ASB Help Pledge?
The ASB Help Pledge seeks to encourage all agencies involved in the ASB Case Review process to embed best practice into their policy and procedures to ensure that any victim of persistent ASB (when the threshold is met), regardless of where they live, are truly given a voice and partners work together, and problem solve to secure a satisfactory resolution.
Why have we signed up to the ASB Help Pledge?
We want you to see how seriously we take this, and to show you our commitment to identifying and supporting victims of anti-social behaviour and working collaboratively to bring an end to anti-social behaviour in our communities.
