It’s really important to us that we’re open and honest with you. In this report, you can see how we’re performing when it comes to the things that you’ve told us are most important to you, and what we’re doing to make improvements based on these results and your feedback.

The report also tells you how we spend the money we get from the rent you pay and how our management costs are broken down. Plus, it gives you the chance to read about some of the exciting things we have coming up in the year ahead.

2024/25 at a glance

Here are some of the key facts from this year’s report:

  • Repairs - 88% completed on time (up 6%)
  • Tenant satisfaction - 89% overall satisfaction (up 0.5%)
  • Communication - 217k calls answered (up 7k)
  • Energy efficiency - 79% homes rated EPC C or better (up 2%)
  • Investment in homes - £45.3M invested (up £5.4m)
  • Estate cleanliness - 84% satisfaction (same as last year)

Overall, we’re really pleased with our performance for 2024/25 but there’s always more we can do to improve and it’s important to us that we hear directly from you about what we could do better.
