During the festive season, we’re going to be closed from Thursday 25th December 2025 and we’ll reopen again from Monday 5th January 2026.
While our Hub is closed, you won’t be able to call us to discuss housing, repairs or your rent account. You’ll only be able to report emergencies. However, you can still raise routine repairs using our tenant app.
You can report emergencies to our out of hours service on 0345 60 20 540.
An emergency is something that causes an immediate health, safety or security risk to you or anyone else. An emergency is also something that is causing a lot of damage to your home.

An external door which won’t lock

An uncontainable water leak

Having no power
-
Exposed electrical wires, or water coming into contact with sockets or wiring
You can report emergencies anytime of the day or night, including on bank holidays like Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.
