When you end your tenancy with us, you need to let us know in writing at least 4 weeks before you leave your property.
We will write to you and confirm the last day of your tenancy.

We understand that losing someone is very difficult and we want to make any contact with us about this as easy as possible for you.
We'll need to see a copy of the death certificate so that we can update our records, end the tenancy or pass on the tenancy. You can report the death of a tenant and upload the death certificate by submitting a short form.
Please note: we cannot end the tenancy until we've received the death certificate.
