Hollie joined the Team in 2019. Prior to working in the Mutuals Team, Hollie was a registered Care Manager at a Retirement Living Plus Scheme at Midland Heart. 

Jayne Price is the Retirement Living Manager for central and can be contacted on jayne.price@midlandheart.org.uk.

Jayne joined the team in 2020. Prior to joining Midland Heart, Jayne was a Care Manager for a local provider.

Chantel Stephens is the Retirement Living Manager for the south and can be contacted on chantel.stephens@midlandheart.org.uk.

Chantel joined the team in 2020. Chantel worked in Midland Heart’s sales team before moving over to Mutuals.

Alison has worked in housing all of her career, initially working in private lettings and was ARLA qualified. Alison has specialised in Leasehold Management for over 17 years and has lots of knowledge and experience in this area.

Krishna has worked in housing all of her career and has specialised in Leasehold Management for nearly 20 years and also has lots of knowledge and experience in this area.

Ravinder has worked in the customer service industry all of her career, specialising in housing for the last 15 years. Ravinder joined our team as administrator and having gained lots of relevant experience in the team she was seconded into this position until June 2023.

Jason has worked in housing and leasehold management for over 25 years. Jason has joined us on a temporary contract and has worked for us a few times before.

Nicola Cullen, Rochelle Barrett are both Leasehold Officers who are on leave and will be re-joining us in June this year.

Jacqueline Scott has worked in various industries and has gained lots of really useful skills. Jacqueline has specialised in leasehold management for over 20 years and was recently promoted to Senior Leasehold Officer.

Cheryl has worked for us for just over a year and has worked in social housing for over 20 years in a wide range of disciplines and has lots of leasehold experience.
