Reporting the death of a tenant

We understand that losing someone is very difficult and we want to make any contact with us about this as easy as possible for you.

We'll need to see a copy of the death certificate so that we can update our records, end the tenancy or pass on the tenancy. You can report the death of a tenant and upload the death certificate by submitting a short form.

Please note: we cannot end the tenancy until we've received the death certificate.
