Thank you to everyone who took part in our Customer App Survey. The survey is now closed. 

We’ve been working hard to improve our digital services and we’ve been asking for your views to make sure that any changes are in line with your needs.

As part of our Digital transformation programme we’ve used your feedback to create our lettings portal Midland Heart Homes and make improvements to our customer website.

Now, we’d like you to tell us what you think about our customer app.

We’ve put together a short survey to find out what you think we can do to make it even better.

We want to know what improvements or new features you'd like to see on the app. If you don't use it much, we'd like to know why. By letting us know what works for you and what doesn’t you’ll help to shape any future updates.

The survey should only take a few minutes to complete and all feedback is anonymous. The survey closes on Monday 28th March 2022.
