We’ve got a new look
You might have noticed that we’ve updated the look of our website and other materials across the Midland Heart brand.
Like any business, we have changed and adapted over the years and our brand needed to reflect those changes and our future ambitions. We need to continue to modernise and make sure our brand is fit for a digital age.
Our refreshed brand will be rolled out over the coming months, and while the changes are taking place you may see our old and new look side by side.
This means that our logo has changed on some of the documents we send you, such as letters, and the identification that our staff members carry when they visit you, such as ID badges and the uniform they wear.
Do not be alarmed if you see a card with the old logo, there is going to be a period of time where we change all of our staff’s cards. This means some may have the old logo and some have the new one for a short time.
Remember to check the identity card when anyone visits your home from Midland Heart and if you are ever concerned as to whether the person you are speaking to works for us, give us a call on 0345 60 20 540 and they can confirm this for you.
