Keep in Touch

Whilst you are on maternity leave, we’ll keep in touch with you to make sure you still feel part of the team. We’ll get your input on decisions and we’ll do it as often or as little as you choose.

Phased Returns

You can start with refresher training or catch-ups. You can attend a few team meetings. Whatever makes you feel included before you're fully back in the swing of things.

Help with Childcare Costs

With our childcare voucher scheme you can save on the cost of your children’s childcare to give you extra peace of mind. You can find out more about the scheme here

Flexible Working Environment

Flexible start and finish times. Remote working, part time hours, job share or condensed hours. We’re always open to talk about what works for you.

Paternity Leave

We understand the important role that partners of new mothers play. In addition to annual leave, we provide 2 weeks paid leave for partners to enjoy their newborn.

Adoption Leave

We’ll support you with the time off you need to make arrangements and appointments. You’ll also enjoy the same arrangements as our maternity, or paternity leave.
