Multi-trade operative - Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Stoke, Walsall and Dudley

As a Multi-trade Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our 34,000 homes are places that people love to live in. Working in both occupied and empty properties in the north of our patch, you’ll diagnose and complete a broad range of repairs. Salary up to £40,000.

Electrician

Joining us as an Electrician, you’ll play a vital role in helping to keep our homes safe and well maintained. Working in both occupied and empty properties, you’ll earn up to £42,500 per year and complete electrical installations, servicing, inspection & testing, rectify faults and maintain electrical systems and appliances to a high quality standard.

Quality Homes Officer - Birmingham

As one of our Quality Homes Officers, you'll work closely with our tenants to provide expert advice and support to help keep their homes safe and comfortable to live in. You'll carry out basic property assessments and priority repairs, all with your exemplary customer service skills. Salary £27,945 per annum.
