Making sure your home is safe, warm, and working as it should be is our top priority. To keep things running smoothly, it helps to know who does what when it comes to repairs.

Think of us working with you as one team: we look after the ‘big’ stuff (structure, plumbing, and heating) while you take care of smaller, day-to-day things that help make your house feel like a home.

What we look after

  • The structure of your home: Roofs, walls, floors, and external doors.
  • The important services you receive: Plumbing (leaks and blocks), electrical wiring, and heating systems.
  • Your communal areas: Hallways, shared gardens, and lifts.

What you look after

  • Decorating your home (the fun part): Keeping your rooms looking fresh, filling small holes and cracks.
  • Small fixes around your home: Replacing lightbulbs, shower hoses, or toilet seats.
  • Looking after your garden: Keeping your private garden space tidy.
  • Keeping your home safe: Testing your smoke alarms regularly (we’ll still service them annually).
